Dashboard

When your team member logs on to Cynergy HelpDesk Ticketing System, the homepage or “dashboard” appears. The dashboard gives access to data and interactions prescribed for each team member’s use. Special permissions grant access to some and restrict it to others. Customize the dashboard’s layout, tabs, dashlets and functionality yourself, or get help from the Cynergy team. In either case, Cynergy Help Desk Ticketing System adapts itself to the way you do business—you’ll never have to change your procedures just to fit the software.
