Cynergy is fully TAPI compliant with any TAPI enabled phone system which enables you to receive Contact Management Software “Screen Pops” based on INBOUND CALLER ID, as well as allow you to simply Click a button to make outbound calls as desired. Cynergy has several screens that come with the TAPI integration. The First screen floats on top of your desktop, and notifies you when you have a call come into the Cynergy System. Since Cynergy is a WEB BASED application, in order to get screen pops, you must install a small DLL file (executable) to the Desktop that talks to Cynergy. This allows you to see the incoming call without it automatically CHANGING your screen based on the inbound Caller ID Screen Pop. This screen can be hidden or minimized if you just want an automatic screen pop. However, keep in mind, when you set it this way, it will flip the monitor off the current screen you are viewing which can be frustrating to the user.
