Credit Cards

We glady accept all major credit cards. Please contact our sales department for processing.

We do not accept bank wire transfers from unauthorized patrons as forms of payment. As long as you are an established organization that we are able to verify, some exceptions may be allowed.

Checks

We accept company checks; however, you must allow the check 7-10 days to clear the bank before we can activate your account. Contact our sales department for details.

Credit Card Fraud Warning

At  Cynergy Software we take credit card fraud very seriously. We will manually verify your order by calling the phone number that you list in the system. If we are unable to verify this number by calling it, your order will immediately be refunded and the account suspended. This protects you from someone using your credit card fraudulantly.

Refunds

Should you wish to receive a refund, please notify support@cynergysoftware.com. Within 24 hours of your order or call 405-516-2420 Option 2 and we will issue a refund to you immediately and cancel your account. Please read the terms of use before activating your account.
