There are three different ways to submit trouble tickets to Cynergy.
1. EMAIL
The end user can send an email to a specific address such as: newticket@yourcompany.com or support@yourcompany.com at which time Cynergy will strip out the Subject of the email ticket and the Body then insert it into the Cynergy Ticketing System. It will also send a copy of the email to desired techs or groups. If you need to be specific with groups, you can send these tickets to different addresses as well.

The end user portal can be reached either via your home page (with a support link) or just a direct URL. The end user portal ticketing system will give you access to the Knowledge Center, allow you to view existing or old tickets, or just allow the end user to submit a ticket.
3. WEB FORM
The Web Form is an HTML page on your website that collects data from the end user, then turns that output into a ticket in Cynergy. You can add User Defined Fields, Categories, and allows you to submit tickets to specific support people.
