Cynergy Chat Support requires Windows 2000-2003

Welcome

This document is designed to assist you in installing the Cynergy Chat Support Software .

To install this software your server must meet the following requirements:

- Windows 2000 or Windows 2003

- IIS 5 or 6

- ASP.NET enabled on IIS (more information can be found here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/815175)

- SQL Server 2005 Express Requirements (requirements can be found here: http://www.microsoft.com/Sqlserver/2005/en/us/system-requirements.aspx)

Step 1

Using the Cynergy Chat Service Setup Wizard

After you have downloaded and extracted the setup files. Run the setup packaged labeled CynergyChatService.exe.

If the .NET 3.5 Framework is not installed on your system the package will automatically install it for you.  An internet connection is required to download and install the .net framework.

Step 1

In order to proceed you must accept here to install the .net framework.

Click here to install .NET Framework.

Click the radio button that says you have read the terms

Once the set up is complete, click EXIT.

After the completion of the .net framework setup. You will be prompted with the Cynergy Chat Service Setup Window.
