Cynergy Database Structure
There are a variety of labels you can customize in Cynergy. Among them are:
TOP TIER OF DATABASE can be= COMPANY-ORGANIZATION-CLIENT-( or whatever you choose)
MIDDLE TIER OF DB = SITE-DIVISION-DEPARTMENT-(or whatever you choose)
BOTTOM TIER OF DB=CONTACT-CLIENT-CUSTOMER-(or whatever you choose)
There are also a number of labels that can be renamed and shaped around your business model. The User Defined Fields section can be TOTALLY customized with Text Boxes, Drop Down Pick Lists (with parent child relationships on unlimited basis) Date Fields, Day Date Fields, Check Boxes, Radio Buttons and Text Areas.
