Cynergy Software Online Expense Report Instructions

Cynergy has added a new Module in the Customer Ticketing System that can easily be found on the upper tab of Cynergy Help Desk Software.

Rules:Expenses should be keyed in daily unless you are in the field and do not have access to a computer with internet access.  At the end of each day you should pull your receipts together and key the data into the program.  This will ensure that no receipts are missed and that we collect all possible data.  Each Receipt should be labeled:  circle the date on the receipt, and write the name of the doctor that the expense involves or a brief description of the expense. (i.e. tires for car, lunch Dr. Jones 10 people, etc;)Mailing Reciepts:  each receipt should be taped to a blank sheet of paper and mailed to the lab no later than 2 days from the end of the pay period. Your main sales screen will change just  a little adding Maintenance section allowing you to “Add Clients”; Update Clients; Add Practice; and Update Practice”.  Below you will find instructions on how to key in the data for the Maintenance section and the new expense sections. CLIENT MAINTENANCE SECTION Keying in the Data Your online ticketing section will be able to maintain and manage potential clients.  Your ability to add a potential client will enable our Client Services Department to review all information before it is added into the live database as a new client.

NOTE:  You can ADD new Expenses here, or EDIT existing Expenses Viewed by clicking on the Icon of the Pencil.   To ADD a New Expense, just click on the link shown below.

3.  FILL IN ALL DROP DOWNS, FIELDS, UPLOAD ATTACHMENTS, NOTES

Final Step Process

Note:  The search is called a “wild card” search.  If you simply input an “A” in the search window, the program will give you ALL of the “A”s in the database.  First name, last name, company name, site name etc;  If you input “Dallas” it will give you all of the database values that include the word Dallas…  AFTER you input something into the Search grid, either hit your tab button or click to right of box and the system will search the customer support software.

Then to put the contacts into system, either click the button pointing to box on right, or grab the contact with your mouse and drag them into the box on the left.  If you add one by mistake, you can drag them out or click the button pointing to the left.

Finish filling in drop downs, date fields, amount, upload documents, notes, and CLICK ENTER.

SEARCHING EXPENSES, just click tab/Show Search Options.

You can search on any of the fields shown below, a combination of fields for a drill down view, and view outstanding expenses at bottom of this dashboard.  After you have conducted the search, you can export the report to Excel for more modification or saving to your system.
