Cynergy is sold per “Named User” Licensing, allowing a copy to be installed on the server but limiting the number of users that can gain simultaneous access. Site Licensing is available to allow unlimited access. End user level access is unlimited.
Since we are a web-based application, our installation process varies slightly from standard “off the shelf” CD installation. Here is what you need to know:

| The CD is licensed through internal mechanisms programmed to read the number of users on the system at any given time | |
| There is no limit to how many end users can log tickets on the system, or be able to view their own tickets | |
| User level security permissions control access and functions within Cynergy Software. | |
| These user levels dictate the use of a named user license |
We offer three installation options:
1. We will ship a CD to you upon purchase of the software. You may install the software utilizing this disc.
2. Open Remote access (RDP, VNC, LogMeIn) to your server via a broadband connection. We will install the software and its dependencies on your server. You will be required to give our engineers root access to your server to perform this install. (For a successful install on your system, please read the details below.)
3. Ship the server to us; we will install the software on your server and return to you in the same packaging. There is no charge for installation. Return shipping is prepaid by you. This is our preferred method, since it allows us to test the system prior to shipping. (Make sure your server is properly doubled-boxed and insured prior to shipping.) We take a lot of pride in Customer Service.
