Help Desk Software Reporting System
We use Telerik Controls for building reports. There are over 300 combinations of reports in Cynergy including an Ad Hoc Help Desk Software Report Writer that allows the user to use ALL of the SQL tables within the system to be able to build ANY kind of report desired. Once built, you can upload the report to the dashboard for easy access later on.
