End User Portal / EMAIL
Tickets can be launched via a simple email, or through the end user portal. When the desired email addresses such as: support@yourcompany.com are set up, we strip out the Subject of the email and the body of the email and insert that automatically into a ticket, notifying your appropriate users of the act. The end user portal can be customized to allow end users to build their own ticket through a questionnaire or list of fields.
